Bibekov Kanysh Tleuzhanuly 1996-1999. He studied at the postgraduate department of theory and methods of teaching Kazakh language at the Almaty State University named after Abay. 2003. Defended the dissertation for the academic degree of candidate of philological sciences at the Eurasian National University named after L. N. Gumilev. 2003-2008 Head of the Department of Kazakh Philology at the University named after M.O. Auezov in Semey, 2009-2013. From 1999 to 2001, he worked as the Head of the Department of Theory and methods of teaching Kazakh language at the Semipalatinsk State Pedagogical Institute. In 2013, he became a senior researcher at the Institute of Basic Statehood and Security Problems of the Nazarbayev Center. Since 2014, he has been working as an evaluator at the Center for Pedagogical Measurements of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools. In 2024, he was appointed head of the Kazakh Linguistics Department.

He published two textbooks and a monograph, as well as about 200 scientific articles. One of the leading editors of the Shakarim encyclopedia, holder of the "Best Teacher" grant. Awarded with a certificate of honor from the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a certificate of honor, and a badge "For merits in the development of science".
