International cooperation

 

The Department of Foreign Philology actively cooperates with Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla, Minsk State Linguistic University, Velikotyrnovsky University named after Saints Cyril and Mythodius, Northeastern Federal University named after Ammosov, Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov.

A key factor in international cooperation is the development of an academic mobility program for students, undergraduates and doctoral students. Students coming for one semester study in the educational programs "6B01720 – Foreign language: two foreign languages (German)", "6B02310 – Foreign Philology", as well as "7M02310 – Foreign Philology".

Thus, according to the academic mobility program in the 2022-2023 academic year, 14 undergraduate students from neighboring countries studied at the Department of Foreign Philology, undergraduates – Efimov Arian and Mounia Descoing (Russia, Belgium). A postgraduate student of the BSPU named after Akmulla Distanov Guzel passed a scientific internship under the guidance of the head of the department A.E. Bizhkenova.

During this period, 8 students of the Department of Foreign Philology, in turn, studied under academic mobility programs in the EU countries.

In the 2023-2024 academic year, the department also accepted students for bachelor's and master's degree programs. Thus, 30 students and one undergraduate student completed semester training at the department in the first half of the 2023-2024 academic year. During the same period, 5 graduate students of the Ufa University of Science and Technology completed a scientific internship at the department. In turn, 3 students of the OP "6M02310 – Foreign Philology" left within the framework of academic mobility to universities in Poland and Korea.

In turn, 2 students of the OP "6B01720 – Foreign language: two foreign languages (German)" left for a six-month study within the framework of the academic mobility program. Also, in the 2023-2024 academic year, 23 foreign students who came for a full course of study in the educational programs "6B01720 – A foreign language: two foreign languages (German)", "6M02310 – Foreign Philology" are studying at the department.

A key factor in the Department of Foreign Philology’s international cooperation is the development of academic mobility programs for students. In the first semester of the 2024–2025 academic year, 20 students studied at the Department of Foreign Philology under the academic mobility program, and in the second semester, 4 students enrolled in various educational programs. Most of the incoming exchange students came from partner universities in Kyrgyzstan and the Russian Federation. 

In turn, students of the Department of Foreign Philology also participate in academic mobility programs abroad. In the 2024–2025 academic year, 20 students went for semester-long studies at partner universities: the University of Salerno (Italy), Bahçeşehir University (Turkey), Adam Mickiewicz University (Poland), Ruhr University Bochum (Germany), the University of Tsukuba (Japan), and Yonsei University (Wonju Campus, Korea). 

Academic mobility programs continue to be in demand in the 2025–2026 academic year. The Department hosted 11 students from universities in Kyrgyzstan and the Russian Federation. At the same time, 11 students of the Department went for semester-long studies to partner universities: the University of Gdańsk (Poland), Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg (Germany), Adam Mickiewicz University (Poland), and the University of Malaya (Malaysia).
