Perizat Zhanatovna Balkhimbekova graduated from Karaganda State University named after E. A. Buketov, specializing in English in 1997. In 2017, she defended her doctoral dissertation in the dissertation council at the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.

Completed scientific internships at the Anglo-Continental School in Bournemouth, UK (2004); at the Valencia Technical University in Valencia, Spain (2013); at the Moscow State Regional University in Moscow, Russia (2016)

Her research interests include linguistic semantics, corpus linguistics, comparative studies in the field of semantics, and the quality of higher professional education.

An author of more than 40 scientific papers, as well as articles in the Web of Science and Scopus databases on current issues in linguistics, theory and practice of intercultural communication.

A member of the regional council on education issues of “AMANAT” party in Astana.

Along with this, it is worth noting that Balkhimbekova P.Zh. is the scientific secretary of the Kazakhstan Society of Scientists Women.

Actively involved in the development of international cooperation, especially with partners from Turkey and within the framework of Erasmus projects. Thanks to her dedication, professionalism and deep understanding of the importance of such initiatives, she makes a significant contribution to the implementation of key programs aimed at educational exchange, cultural understanding and strengthening partnerships.

Her determination become the basis for creating sustainable partnerships, contribute to the achievement of high results and inspire the team to new achievements. Her energy, dedication and drive to achieve goals open up new opportunities for strengthening cooperation and developing innovative approaches.
